Material Handling Site Inspection

KMK was selected to provide services for full inspection of stockyard machines such as Stacker Reclaimers, bridge reclaimers and ship-loaders.

This task included a site visit with detailed machine inspection followed by a comprehensive summary report.

• Evaluation of material handling equipment for remedial work and or upgrade.
• Desktop pre-inspection study.
• Identifying critical areas of the expected failure and further design analysis.
• Providing a list of recommendations for equipment replacement and spare procurement.
